The EX Series from EXIN LIGHT is a high-performance range of intrinsically safe portable LED lights, purpose-built for use in Zone 0 hazardous environments—where flammable gases or combustible dusts are present continuously or frequently. Each unit in the EX90L range is fully certified to IECEx standards, ensuring safe operation in some of the most dangerous industrial settings, including mining, oil and gas, utilities, food production, and emergency services.

Proudly designed and manufactured in Australia, EX90L lights are built to withstand the toughest conditions. The body is made from automotive-grade ABS747 resin, reinforced with shock-absorbing rubber to handle impacts, vibration, and rugged environments. All models are IP65-rated for protection against water and dust and are engineered to operate reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C.

The EX Series is powered by a sealed, maintenance-free NiMH battery, designed specifically for safety and durability. The battery charges fully in just 7–8 hours and delivers up to 12 hours of runtime depending on the model and mode. Each light features a high-output LED head with selectable single- or dual-sided illumination, adjustable tilt angles, and high/low/flash modes for versatile application.
